the farming artist
beatha (BA-ha): That which sustains us.
As an artist growing up on a farm I have learned not only what sustains our needs as humans but also which is needed to sustain our souls. Understanding the growth of the small complex organism in which we grow to eat from, to the understanding what creative process lies behind the connection between the mind and the chosen media.
The works presented here are ones in which reflect my works throughout my academia from my degrees obtained in large animal science, and fine arts to my degree obtained within interior architecture & design. All in which have sustained my soul in different aspects- this has made me: the farming artist.

about t.f.a life:
I am a traveler, artist, designer, hopeful architect, and agriculture enthusiast. I grew up in a small town on a family farm, with in the Finger lakes of New York.
Spending summers in fields learning from my grandparents the worth of soil, the work behind a dollar, and the beauty of nature. Obtaining many lessons that can only be taught on a one-hundred-degree day, where work was to be finished before the play could start.
As I grew older I have spent time pursuing backpacking trip across Europe from Ireland, France, England, Italy, to Egypt exploring culture and lifestyles around the world. Soaking in the differences and beauty behind many cultures and learning form others as much as the world and its many different humans could possibly teach me.
